Sometimes it is quite common mistake to write especially for things like:
I love motorcycles, especially the high cylinder.
Especially when we express it as a connector in a sentence, to add information, write separately.
Now I will leave the definitions of the SAR for the two cases:
- Above:
- m. Clothing broad, long sleeves and generally lighter than the coat, worn over ordinary costumes.
- m. Am or waterproof coat worn over other garments.
- Above all: 'Especially, mainly': "I love popular music, especially when slow" (Nieva Lady [Esp 1980]). It adverbial phrase and is always written in two words. Not to be confused with above all, masculine noun meaning "garment, long sleeves, which takes over the other garments' and in Latin, is used as a synonym for shelter.
